At PRO our staff of experts are here to help you take your running to the next level, whether that is from the couch to the road or from a solid race pace to a new personal best. We offer a full set of Get Fit Programs to guide beginner runners through longer distances at a gradual pace, helping them prepare for a 5k, 10K, or even a half marathon. 5K 101 TRAINING PROGRAM
Join Performance Running Outfitters as you properly train for your first 5k! This class is geared for participants who are new to running or want to start training for the first time! If you can walk, then this program is for you. Our first class will start at 0.5 miles and we will increase towards 3.1 Miles by the end of the 10 week program. Every week we cover a different training topic to get you physically and mentally ready for a life of running. You’ll meet and run with others that are on a similar journey for a healthy lifestyle.rt at 0.5 miles and we will increase towards 3.1 Miles by the end of the 10 week program.
10K TRAINING PROGRAM
Join Performance Running Outfitters as you properly train for your best or first 10k! This class is geared for participants who are increasing their miles or want to add some speed to their current training. The 10k program starts at 2.0 Miles. It is required that you are comfortable RUNNING 2 miles before starting this program. (If you're not ready, that's okay, try our 5k program!) Each week we’ll cover a different topic and guide you through a workout programmed by our coach, Nicole.
Brewers Mini 10k training
Join our in-house coach at Performance Running Outfitters as you increase your speed for your upcoming races! Nicole will challenge your running by teaching you how to properly complete speed work, find your correct pace, and will be finish each workout with core strengthening exercises. This class is great for people who are ready to PR in their next fall race, no matter the distance! Class will run for 6 weeks.
This class is geared for participants that are able to run 2.5 miles comfortably prior to the start of class.
Shorewood: Tuesdays at 6pm, June 19th – July 24th
the PRO Half Marathon class is a 10 week program geared for participants interested in increasing their miles or want to learn how to train properly for a half marathon. The Half Marathon program starts at 4.5 miles for a long run. It is mandatory that you are comfortable running 4 miles before starting the program. (If you're not ready, that's ok! Try our 5k or 10k program)

HIIT & RUN CLASSES
Interval Training + Running + Core work
Get ready for your best summer running yet! This class is run by our in-house certified Running Coach & Personal Trainer, Nicole.
Each week will have a different workout or focus, but will always involve High Intensity Interval Training + Running + Some Core Work. Each workout can be modified based on speed or ability. All ability levels and speeds welcome, but it is strongly suggested you are comfortable running 0.5 miles prior to starting class. Please be prepared to run outside.

ASSISTED LONG RUNS
Join our FREE assisted long runs to help you get ready for your upcoming races or just to increase your mileage. All runs are open to all speeds and levels of runners. We'll provide the route, aid stations, and the fun - just show up.We'll open the doors at 7am, give instructions at 7:30 and out the door by 7:35! Mileage and location for upcoming runs is listed below.
