At PRO our staff of experts are here to help you take your running to the next level, whether that is from the couch to the road or from a solid race pace to a new personal best. We offer a full set of Get Fit Programs to guide beginner runners through longer distances at a gradual pace, helping them prepare for a 5k, 10K, or even a half marathon. 5K TRAINING PROGRAM

Join Performance Running Outfitters as you properly train for a 5k! Whether it's your first or 10th, we're here to help you towards your fitness goals. Our beginners program will start at 0.5 miles and we will increase towards 3.1 miles by the end of the 8 week program. If you're not new to the distance but want group accountability, our modified program will give you the push you need. Every week we cover a different training topic to get you physically and mentally ready for a life of running. You’ll meet and run with others that are on a similar journey for a healthy lifestyle.

10K TRAINING PROGRAM

Join Performance Running Outfitters as you properly train for your best or first 10k! This class is geared for participants who are increasing their miles or want to add some speed to their current training. The 10k program starts at 2.0 Miles. It is required that you are comfortable running 2 miles before starting this program. (If you're not ready, that's okay, try our 5k program!) Each week we’ll cover a different topic and guide you through a workout programmed by our coach.

STRENGTH + RUN

Get stronger this fall with our Strength + Run Class! This 8 week program starts with 25 minutes of strength work followed by a 2-4 mile run.

6:00  6:25 p.mBody weight strength training focused on runners (core, hips, legs, and arms)
6:25 – 6:30 p.mGet your warm gear on (don't forget a headlamp)
6:30 p.mGO OUT & RUN!  Choose your route2 Miles or 4 Miles

HALF MARATHON

the PRO Half Marathon class is a 10 week program geared for participants interested in increasing their miles or want to learn how to train properly for a half marathon. The Half Marathon program starts at 4.5 miles for a long run. It is mandatory that you are comfortable running 4 miles before starting the program. (If you're not ready, that's ok! Try our 5k or 10k program)
