Performance Running Outfitters Spring Half Marathon training program is designed to help you train for your spring half marathon whether it’s your first or fifteenth! Our program focuses on building endurance with a progressive build in miles each week and is taught by our in-house coach, Nicole who also has a degree in exercise physiology and is a certified personal trainer.

This is an 11 week program which starts with 4.5 mile long run.
