Our goal is to help you pursue an active lifestyle, with the best shoes and apparel for an experience that you will feel good about. Together we have over 20 years of coaching and 30 years of running expertise.
FITTING PROCESS
We take the time to ensure that you are fitted in the proper footwear for your running needs and biomechanics.
We start off with a few questions about your current training needs, followed by an analysis of your foot, arch type and width. With this information we will bring out a test shoe and watch you walk or run on the treadmill to evaluate your gait. You can watch your form on the TV in front of you. Based upon the degree of pronation during your gait cycle, we will bring out shoes with the proper stability.
All of the information we gather is important in selecting a shoe because different shoes are constructed to match particular foot types. We'll bring out a few different shoes that would work best for your biomechanics and then we look for feedback from you on how it feels.
We sell high quality performance shoes, fitness apparel, and accessories. If you are an experienced runner, we have what you need to stay fit.
